Whimsical Summer Wedding

Lauren and Mitchell’s summer wedding at the Hawthorne House was whimsical, emotional, and exciting! From the time we arrived, we could feel the buzz of excitement in the air. As everyone got ready for the big day, there were big smiles, lots of laughter, and many warm embraces. Lauren wore a beautiful, whimsical wedding dress and had a gorgeous full bouquet. She had a first look with her father, who was a big part of the wedding day.

Lauren + Mitchell’s Story

Lauren and Mitchell cherished the intimate moments of their wedding day, but they also know how to celebrate! Family is incredibly important to these two and we loved hearing Lauren’s father give a beautiful speech. It brought out so many emotions in both Lauren and Mitchell and we loved being able to incorporate his meaningful words into their wedding film. The interaction between these two was so sweet and genuine! It was really so much fun to film this couple. We also loved the joy on Mitchell’s face as he saw his bride walk down the aisle. It was priceless.

So many things made Lauren and Mitchell’s wedding day special and unique. Some of our favorite moments were the emotional father-daughter dance, the high-energy wedding guests and live band, and their unique exit! Their film features a combination of the high energy and raw, genuine emotion a wedding day brings.
